Description
After experimenting with a few different designs the French decided to got with this helmet as their follow up to the Adrian. These were the helmets that were worn in French Indochina and Algeria. No military helmet collection would be complete without one.
Features
- Looking very much like the US M1 this one differs slightly in the size of the visor and rear brim. The liner is in concept the same as the M1 but made of plastic or in this case pressed resinated duck cloth. These helmets debut in 1951 and were used up into the late 70's.
