We purchased this Gas Mask from a Veteran of Desert Storm. He retrieved it from an Iraqi bunker in Kuwait in 1991. Carrier has S and 87-93 inked on and the gas mask is labeled M-59. There appears to be Arabic writing in ink pen on the mask and carrier. There's even Kuwait sand in some of the seams.
