This U.S. Army MIA2 Service Gas Mask is similar to the MIA1. However, the MIA2 was manufactured in one universal size (U), unlike MIA1 that came in 4 different sizes. Gas Mask is complete with filter, hose and original carrier in very good to excellent condition.

- This head harness was directly sewn onto the face piece in a slightly different arrangement than the MIA1 gas mask. Most likely to ensure a more secure fit and added comfort on the battlefield.
